On 06/09/2006, a group of young lawyers cooperating in Madkour Law Firm have decided to constitute the LEBANESE PENAL LAW ASSOCIATION under the supervision of President Michel Madkour, an honorable judge who occupied many positions in various courts, mainly criminal, for 40 years.
